So... do we know when Sonic Fiber will actually be available around Marshall Elementary?

I've seen Sonic installer trucks drive around Forest Ave almost daily in last weeks. Yet, when I now order Sonic Fiber it states I'm eligible, but after ordering it is still in Pre-Construction phase
