Hosting • deflate module enabled?

Hi there, a wordpress plugin wants to use Gzip and is coming back with this error message: "Your server may not have the "deflate" module enabled (mod_deflate for Apache, ngx_http_gzip_module for NGINX). Contact your host. "

I noticed some threads on this but they were very old (2017 or before). Can you let me know whether deflate is enabled?
